Avinash Bindal is the Chief Financial Officer of Action Group, bringing over 18 years of extensive experience in corporate finance, business strategy, and financial management across multiple industries. 

 As CFO, Avinash oversees the Group’s financial planning, treasury, corporate structuring, and risk management activities, supporting the company’s diversified operations in real estate, hospitality, oil & gas, IT services, and strategic investments across more than 10 countries in the Middle East, Europe, and Australia. 

 Since joining Action Group in 2017, Avinash has played a pivotal role in driving financial strategies that enhance performance, strengthen governance, and create long-term value for shareholders. His well diversified experience includes strategy, financial planning, successful exits, IPO, managing multi-billion$ capital/debt portfolio, corporate structuring, international tax, etc. 

 Prior to joining Action, he spent nine years at Alshaya Group of companies, with Group Finance function, wherein he has been part of the financial and strategic planning for the rapid expansion of their retail business to over 3,000 stores, across 17 countries (in GCC, Russia, Turkey, Poland, Morocco, etc.). 

 A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Avinash is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, strategic foresight, and commitment to operational excellence.
